Important Notice for Abstract Submission and Authors
- Submitted abstracts can be edited as needed, or transferred to another session until submissions close on September 20th, 2024 (23:59 China Standard Time / GMT+8).
- The abstract submission fee needs to be paid before submitting the abstract.
- The submitted abstract will be assigned to either oral or poster sessions by the convener after abstract submission closes. No submission is guaranteed to receive an oral format.
- Notifications of acceptance will be sent by October 20th, 2024.
- The presenting author must register online, pay the registration fee and attend XMAS 2025 in person. She/he has to take care of her/his own travel and accommodation cost.
- Accepted poster presenters need to print a paper poster by themselves.
All information must be in English including the author's information.
